Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder that if you have put an "Out of office" message on the email account that you use for this list that it goes to everyone on the list. Since the list is made for discussions, this gets very annoying to everyone very quickly. Please, either set your program so your message doesn't go to club_cafe@bivio.com or change the email address you are using for this list to one that you don't put Out of Office messages on.

When those messages come through, we have no option other than deleting you from the list to cause the least disruption to those who are interested in the discussion.
