MDT DIVIDEND ALERT
Fidelity has a preliminary 1099 available.
My Bivio dividends and the 1099 didn't match with the only difference being MDT.
Per Fidelity, the 4/17/15 and 7/17/15 MDT dividends had part of the $$$ recategorized as return of capital.

The amt of the return of capital is in the section "Other Distributions, Tax and Expense Detail"; the dividends are under"Total Ordinary Dividends and Distributions Detail".

All you need do is edit the 4/17 and 7/17 bivio transactions to reflect this.
On  our 1099 from TDAmeritrade, part of three MDT 2015 dividends have been recategorized: 4/17/15, 7/17/15 and 10/16/15. Editing these to record the Return of Capital will fix the dividends discrepancies; in addition, these entries will reduce MDT's cost basis on bivio. We should be sure the broker account also shows a cost basis reduction to match bivio's.
