NJ Return Filing - Status Update

Filing Your Club's NJ-1065 Return - Status Update - March 23, 2016

If your club is required to file NJ-1065 with New Jersey and you generated your club's NJ return in bivio, your tax document will have a cover page with the message below that directs you to file your return electronically:

Your bivio club must file your NJ partnership forms electronically. Use the values from this document when electronically filing your partnership return. New Jersey Division of Taxation will be providing the free NJ-1065 webfile application at the end of February. http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/revenue.

We just want to let you know that as of March 22, NJ still has not released the webfile application. The latest information that we have is here:

http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/2015partnership.shtml

We are monitoring the situation closely and will release instructions for completing the webfile NJ-1065 as soon as the application is released by New Jersey.

In the meantime, you can and should distribute copies of the Schedule NJK-1 to your members so they can complete their personal tax returns.

If you have any questions, send them to support@bivio.com.

Thank you for your patience and for using bivio!
