Many years ago when my club started, we were a bit intimidated by two things. One was the "official", bureaucratic steps we had to go through to set up our club partnership. The other was the thought of coming up with a clever name.

As we sat trying to figure out official documents at one of our first meetings, it appeared that we couldn't get a DBA until we had gotten an EIN number and we couldn't get an EIN number until we had officially registered our name with the county with the DBA.

This appeared to us to be a Catch22 that might keep us forever in limbo. After a few glasses of wine, we decided to dare the system, call ourselves Cash22 and move forward. The rest, as they say, is history. It's been a great journey. We started by beating the bureaucracy and we're now beating the market!
