Recent additions to bivio

  Edit Transactions.  You can now edit transactions in place - no more deleting and re-entering. Officers will find an "edit" link in the Actions column on transaction pages. Most kinds of transactions can be edited. As always, your books are re-audited automatically if any accounting entries are entered or modified.

  Affiliate Program.  Become a bivio affiliate and earn $2 for each user which you refer to us! If even just one visitor to your site registers with bivio per day, you will earn $730 per year. In addition, each month, we pay a $100 bonus to the club or user which results in the largest number of referrals. The most popular site can thus earn an extra $1,200 per year.  [learn more]

  Preferences.  We've added personal preferences to bivio. Are you happy with the font size? When you are logged in, at the bottom of every page is a list of preferences. You can change the bivio font size as well as the number of rows that are displayed in lists. More customizations are coming soon.

  Files and Attachments.  We've made it easy to upload multiple files. If you upload a zip-format archive file, you can unpack it with the "unzip" link in the Actions column. Use this to upload an entire website in one operation. We've also added a function to rename (and relocate) files and folders. Finally, you can now save email attachments from your Mail area into your Files area.

Many of you email or call us to ask about the privacy of personal information on bivio. We take the privacy of your information very seriously. Our policies remain unchanged - you'll find them under Safe & Private in the footer of every page. We will not sell, reveal or share your personal information with third parties, unless we have your explicit consent or are required to do so by law.

To register with bivio, you entered only an email address (and optionally your name). Many users keep contact information on bivio for the convenience of other club members. You can edit your contact information.

Our sponsor, BUYandHOLD.com, pays us fees to be present on bivio. We keep track (in aggregate) of how many bivio users register with BUYandHOLD.com via two methods: 1) when you use the sponsor links on bivio, and, 2) we compare encrypted versions of email addresses to find the number of common users. We use strong, one-way encryption to ensure that your email address is not revealed in this process. Our sponsor's privacy standards are comparable to ours.

We feel this is a win-win-win situation for you, bivio and our sponsor.
