bivio is a complete toolkit to make investing with friends easy.

We make it easy for you to take care of your club's accounting and record member contributions, trades, interest payments and other transactions. At the end of each year, you can prepare your club taxes.

We'll also setup an electronic bulletin board and an email service that will help you discuss stocks and vote on investments with other club members. All of this is archived on your club's site so you keep track of the action.
