| The Accounts Report provides a snapshot view of the
cash accounts used by your club on a selected date.
Last Updated -
The date that the last transaction was entered in the applicable account.
Cash Balance -
The balance in each account as of the date of the report.
Note: The balance in the Petty Cash Account is not included in the
value of the club for purposes of defining
Unit Value.
Therefore, balances in the Petty
Cash Account will not be reflected nor included on the
Member Status Report
and the
Investments Report.
The Petty
Cash Account should be used exclusively for the payment of
non-deductible expenses and associated member petty cash
contributions.
