| The Account Summary is displayed when you click on
Accounting > Accounts. The Account Summary
is the starting place for the entry of all
non-member and all non-security specific cash transactions.
Tool Bar -
The tool bar allows you to modify the Account Summary into a
Printer Friendly format. Also, club officers are able to
enter Account Transactions
related to both active and inactive cash accounts, as well as
creating new accounts by clicking on the applicable transaction
icon on the Tool Bar.
Note: iCLUBcentral® Club Accounting creates an "off the books" Petty Cash
Account. Users who have imported their club data from the iCLUBcentral® Club Accounting
will have the same "petty cash" account
in bivio. Transfers to or from such an Off-Book Petty Cash
Account to any other account are not permitted.
Account Summary -
Reports information related to each cash account as of today's date.
Name -
The name of the cash account as entered into the bivio database.
Clicking on a specific cash account Name will open another page
displaying a history of transactions related to that specific account.
Once there, an officer can also enter other transactions related to a cash
account, such as a interest, dividends, income,
and expenses.
Last Updated -
The date of the last transaction entered for each specific cash account.
Cash Balance -
The current balance in each account as of the date of the report.
Actions -
Clicking on the edit action opens a page allowing you to edit the
name of the applicable account and to designate whether or not that account
pays Tax Free Interest.
Preferences - the size of the font or Style on the page
displayed maybe modified by changing the selected setting. All accounts,
including those currently inactive with a zero balance, may be displayed by
selecting
Show Inactive Accounts.
