| Club Officers may Edit
account, investment, or
member transactions entered in error. Note: Historical transactions
accurately entered are a required part of the club's historic database
and should never be deleted.
In order to edit any transaction a club officer must first
"drill down" to the appropriate detail page to find the specific
transaction. Once on the applicable Account Detail, Investment Detail,
or Member Detail page the a club officer may select Edit in the Action
list to the right of the specific transaction. The transaction entry screen
will open allowing the club officer to edit one or more of the entries
associated with the selected transaction.
Note: All transactions that you enter with bivio are editable except
member withdrawals, which have to be deleted and reentered.
Note: Some transactions entered into and uploaded with iCLUBcentral® Club Accounting
data are not editable. Such transactions will not have an Edit Action next
to them and will have to be deleted and reentered.
