| Every club has its own email and Message Board.
The mail area provides users with a way to post, archive, and
exchange email messages. Your email and message board area can be
found by clicking on Communications > Mail.
Compose - This icon is a link to a web page from which you may
compose and send email and up to 3 file attachments to selected recipients.
You are given the choice of sending your message to the entire club
including members and the message board, Members Only, the
Message Board, or to the Club Officers.
You can also use your own mail program to compose messages. Your
Club ID is also your club's email address @bivio.com. All of the above
addressing options have their email counter parts. Here's a list:
- <your-club-id>@bivio.com -- goes to your entire club
- <your-club-id>-members@bivio.com -- only goes to your members
- <your-club-id>-board@bivio.com -- only goes to your message board
- <your-club-id>-officers@bivio.com -- only goes to your club's
officers
Message Board -
Messages sent to the entire club or to the message board are stored on
the club's Mail Message Board. These messages may be sorted by
Subject, Sender, Date, or Size. Messages may
be Deleted by club officers when no longer needed by clicking on
Delete and Apply Changes on the Mail Message Board.
