| The Member Detail is displayed when you click on Accounting
> Members followed
by clicking on the name of a specific member. The Member Detail
provides a detailed list of all transactions associated with that specific
member. From the Member Detail club officers are able
to enter new transactions
associated with that specific member, as well as having the ability to
delete errant transactions.
Tool Bar -
The tool bar is visible only to club officers. An officer can
enter additional transactions related to this member, such as
payments, fees, or withdrawals. For a complete description, please see
Member Transactions.
Date -
The date of the applicable transaction as entered by a club officer.
Exec -
The name of the club officer who entered the transaction.
Type -
The type of transaction. For example, payment is payment of funds by a member to the club in exchange for additional units in the club or pwith-cash is a partial withdrawal of that member paid by the club entirely with cash.
Remark -
Any remarks associated with this transaction.
Units -
The number of units increase or decrease of the members account in association with each transaction.
Val. Date -
The
Valuation Date
used to determine the number of units increase or decrease of the
account in association with each transaction.
Amount -
The value increase or decrease of the account in association with each transaction.
Action -
Allows an officer to Delete transactions entered in error. A
confirmation screen will open when Delete is selected to ensure
that transactions are not inadvertently deleted.
