| The Member Withdrawal Summary is displayed when you click on Reports >
Member Withdrawals. The Member Withdrawal Summary provides a listing of
all member withdrawals processed by the club and the applicable
transaction date, type of withdrawal, and the amount of the payout in
either cash, investments, or a combination of both. A detailed
Individual Member Withdrawal Report is available by clicking on the
name of a specific member from the list on this report.
Date -
The Transaction Date as entered into bivio by a club officer.
Name -
The name of the club member who made the withdrawal. Clicking on the
name of a specific member will cause bivio to display a detailed
Individual Member Withdrawal Report related to that specific
withdrawal.
Exec -
The name of the club officer who entered the transaction.
Type -
The type of withdrawal payout. Examples include: withd-cash is
a total withdrawal of that member paid entirely with
cash. withd-stck is a total withdrawal of that member paid by
the club with stock or stock plus cash. pwith-cash is a partial
withdrawal of that member paid entirely with cash. pwith-stck
is a partial withdrawal of that member paid by the club with stock or
stock plus cash.
Amount -
The value of the cash and or stock paid out to the withdrawing member.
