| The Income and Expense History details the
amount of taxable miscellaneous income and/or tax deductible
miscellaneous expense the club has realized during the selected year.
Note: Taxable income entered into Bank, Broker, or the Suspense
Accounts will be treated as taxable income and, as such, will be
included in the appropriate member allocations and tax reporting. Do
not enter taxable income into the Petty Cash Account as that income
will not be included as taxable income in the appropriate member
allocations and tax reporting. Expenses paid from the Bank, Broker,
or the Suspense Accounts will be treated as tax deductible expenses
and, as such, allocated and included on this report. Expenses paid
from the Petty Cash Account will be treated as non tax deductible
expenses and, as such, will not be included in the tax allocations on the
Member Tax Allocations Report.
Date -
The transaction date associated with each occurrence of misc. income
or expense.
Remark -
Any remarks, as entered in conjunction with each specific transaction.
Amount -
The amount of each item of income or expense, as entered in
conjunction with each specific transaction.
