| Your Transaction Limit is the maximum number of transactions allowed during
your subscription period. For vast majority of investment clubs, the basic
Transaction Limit on all subscriptions is sufficient. Our basic
AccountSync™
service is designed for the accounting needs
of normal buy-and-hold investment clubs -- even clubs with as many as 25
members and five stock transactions a month. Basic service have
a fixed transaction limit.
Funds and very active clubs sometimes have high transaction volumes, which
consume more system resources than a typical investment club. Active clubs
and funds may need to increase their Transaction Limit by purchasing
additional transactions. Our premium
ActivePartnership™
service is defined for funds and clubs with large numbers of transactions
per year. The basic Transaction Limit is higher than for our basic services,
and you may purchase additional transactions at any time.
