There will be one of two situations you'll encounter when you need to update your email address:

• No Secondary Address Currently Entered

  Follow these steps:

  1. Login to bivio. If you login using your email address as your UserID, you will need to use your old one.
  2. Go to Administration>Roster
  3. Click on your name
  4. Click on Email
  5. Make changes
  6. Click OK
  7. Next time you login to bivio you can use your new address as your UserID.

• Currently Have a Secondary Address Entered

  Follow these steps:

  1. Login to bivio. If you login using your email address as your UserID, you will need to use your old one.
  2. Go to Administration>Roster
  3. Click on your name
  4. Click on Email
  5. Delete the entry shown in the field as the secondary address
  6. Click OK
  7. Click on Email again
  8. Replace the primary email shown with the old secondary address
  9. Click OK
  10. Next time you login to bivio you can use your new address as your UserID.
