It was unanimously voted that she be allowed to resign to continue her employment. She will be paid out of YBYA based on the Feb. 28, 2001 Scottsdale and Provident statements in March. Payment will be the equivalent of 10% of YBYA's value (there may be an adjustment for February's payment if she hasn't made it.) She may not attend future meetings at all due to work restrictions. Stocks presented: J. Hancock First HOrizon Salton Nokia Documents related to Serological and Airtran were also provided to members. Motion was made to decide whether to expend funds this month or purchase stock. The vote was taken 5 to 3 to invest funds this month. Propsoals were made as packages: to invest in Salton and First Horizon 2 in favor to invest in First Horizon [ FWRK] only 5 in favor......approved Motion was made to invest $300 in First Horizon....7 in favor...approved J. Hancock , Salton and Nokia will be considered at future meetings. Clarification was made that without Marta as a member, a quorum is now 6 members to conduct a meeting and a majority of those present to carry a motion. There will be no meeting in March [votes 8 to 1 in favor], though payment is required. Rationale was that Marta to be paid out in March, and the expectation is that there will not be funds available to invest during March. Next meeting will be held from 7pm-9pm, on April 16th ...Tammy & Nick have volunteered their home for the meeting. Tom I need the receipt for the incorporation........ Mailed everyone's K-1's tonight after I got home so they should be in your mailboxes no later than Tuesday. See you all in April! Mary
