                          Minutes to YBYA Meeting
                        Tuesday, September 19, 2000

Business:

   Tammy presented

     American Home Products Corporation ("AHP"):  pharmaceutical company
with worldwide distribution of its products which include Advil, Premarin,
Robitussin to name a few.

   Pat presented

     Aperian Inc. ("APRN"):  high tech stock (broadband and high-speed
services).

     Huffy ("HUF"):  scooters, bikes, other sports-related equipment.

     Teligent Inc. ("TGNT"):  high tech high-speed, integrated
communications provider for small/medium business.

     (I thought there was one more, but I have no record if it.)

   Decisions on stocks after voting:

     AHP: 8+, 1-; consensus vote
     HUF: 8+, 1-; consensus vote
     AHP: 5+, 3-; majority but not consensus
     TGNT:     3+, 5-

   Total to be invested:  Total in account (Actual dollar amount in the
   account to be invested not discussed)

   Allocation of funds:  50/50

Next Meeting:

   The next meeting will be a covered dish dinner to be held on Tuesday,
   October 17, 8:00 p.m. at Mark and Celina's house.

   Marta and Mary will be presenting.
