Greetings!

Nice to see some green on our charts for a change, eh?

Next meeting I would like to discuss and then vote on changing what
determines a "quorum."

A couple times we've had six but not the seven for a quorum......I think
if we knew we wouldn't have a quorum most of us would rather do
something else with our time....there's been a couple times when we knew
folks couldn't make it and we switched the meeting date............so
the long and short of it is

I propose that we change quorum to 5 instead of the 7.  That way if
folks don't know ahead of time that they can't make it but don't show
up, and at least 5 people do show up....the show goes on and those that
do show up aren't just spinning wheels and wasting time but have the
authority to make decisions.
