Regarding buying Marta's share.  We have no problem with you owning 20%
of
the club IF it is only in the financial aspect.  In other words, we do
not
thing it would be appropriate if owning 20% allowed you two votes.  So,
if
you have only one vote, we say "no problem".  However, if it allows you
two
votes, we think it would change the dynamic of the group and vote "nay".

Regarding your son, no offense intended (AT ALL), but speaking for me,
for
mostly social reasons, I have to vote nay.  Nick votes nay.
