Hi,

Celina said we may all being having dinner this weekend......YUM

In case we don't......I sent out an e-mail to evryone before vacation
asking what they thought if I bought Marta out........then I'd own 20%
of our company.

Another option has come up that would require a change in the
by-laws....my son is interested in buying Marta out..........he's not in
the program and he's not my life partner or spouse.
We could change the by-laws to accomodate this....and it would keep
membership at 10 and equal amoung members.  What do you think?  I would
have called but don't have your phone number....I did leave a message at
Tom's & asked that he return it and provide me with your number.

So could you let me know what you think of both proposals.  I got the
impression that Marta is expecting payment around the middle of the
month.
