Thanks everyone for responding.  Following is an agenda that I have put
together from emails sent out in May.  It appears to me the agenda is full
and that we might not to be able to cover all of these issues in the time
frame alloted, but we can give it a shot.  I did not include a presentation
of stock.

                        YBYA - Meeting June 18, 2001

Agenda Items:

1.    Meeting Schedule
        - Move meeting date to 2nd or 4th week of the month.
2.    Commit or Disband?
3.    Review - Basic Responsibilities - meetings, dues, bookkeeping, etc
4.    Shared responsiblities -(who/what) -
5.    Establish Buying and Sellings criteria
6.    Have individuals commit to an industry to watch, study, etc.
7.    Setting up schedule for presentations
8.    Discussion of increasing a members share in the club
