Attached are the minutes for the 1/20/01 meeting, looks like its a 2
page document.

On a personal note:   You'll see educational opportunies at the
end....if anyone is interested in taking the February Fundamentals of
Investing with me please let me know 301 946 0105 or 202 260 6662, or
I'll just be surprised when I show up for the class.  I plan on phoning
in or faxing my registration this week.
