What is Asset Allocation?
Asset allocation is the process of investing in different asset classes to achieve a return with an acceptable level of risk.
The assets in your portfolio are allocated as shown. Click on an asset class to see the individual investments in that class.
Our set of classes consists of:
- Large Cap Domestic Stocks (market capitalization $4 billion dollars and above)
- Small Cap Domestic Stocks (capitalization less than $4 billion dollars)
- International Stocks
- Bonds
- Money Market
** The term "Other" refers to investments that cannot be classified in the asset classes above
(foreign bonds, commodity futures, real estate, etc.) or to investments for which we currently have
no asset allocation data.
