I have account sync with TD Ameritrade. I have 4 separate
posts to my transaction list that seem to double the amount
of cash received. How do i handle this transaction.
attached are the specific transactions. Which set of
transactions can i delete to get my cash account correct
and not mess up taxes or shares.
This was a case where the tax character of the reorganization was not immediately clear so it was first entered as a cash plus stock merger. The entries were later changed when it was determined it was taxable.
You can delete the entries you have highlighted in yellow to fix your cash balance problem.
