Adding a new member When adding a new member, and updating the agreement; do we have to forward a copy of the agreement and amendments to the state? That would depend on the state. Here in NJ, the state doesn't get any copy of the PA, not even the one that creates the partnership. We only need to file a dba application at the county level.
