ETRADE switched our account to Morgan Stanley- BROKE SYNC
ETrade merged with Morgan Stanley and switched our brokerage
account over today. We got a new account number. OUR BIVIO
SYNC IS BROKEN! Our transactions are still happening OK in
the new Morgan Stanley account, but nothing is syncing to
BIVIO.

Anyone else stuck or know how to resolve this???

Alan:

We have E*Trade as well. With the merger, the E*Trade account number changed from 8 digits to 9 digits. The login info remained the same (so far).

Changing the account number in Bivio under Accounts —> info solved the sync problem. We did that yesterday, and the account synced overnight. It seems to be working correctly.

I hope that is helpful.

Ty is correct, any clubs that had their account converted will need to update their E*TRADE account number in bivio. That is, go to Accounting > Accounts and click on the "info" link in the "Actions" column for their E*Trade account, then update the "Account Number" field and click OK.

FWIW, I had to add the new Schwab account credentials today and the first time I tried the LINK button it did nothing. I came back to it a bit later and it worked fine.
Ah, the fickleness of computers and the Internet.

Thanks for the info! I put our new account number where you mentioned.
How can we verify if the new account info is syncing from Etrade correctly?
We are not scheduled to make any transactions this month.

We swithced to SCHWAB in May 2023. Our numbers are all out of sync. The move from TD to Schwab brought over all of our investments perfectly, however BIVIO is duplicating our cash deposits. Does anyone know how to fix this????
Go into Bivio and delete any duplicate entries. I presume they were manually entered first.
