| An officer of the club may delete cash, investment, or member
transactions entered in error. Important Note: All historical
transactions must remain in the database even though the associated
cash account may be closed, the associated investment is no longer
owned by the club, or the associated member has withdrawn from the
club. Only delete erroneous transactions.
To delete a transaction an officer must click on delete to the right
of the applicable transaction on the
Account Detail, the
Investment Detail, or the
Member Detail. A page will open
displaying the details of the selected transaction. This page also
requires that the club officer confirm or cancel the desire to delete
the selected transaction.
Date -
The date of the applicable transaction as entered by a club officer.
Created By -
The name of the club officer who originally entered the transaction into bivio.
Remark -
Any remarks associated with this transaction.
Category, Type, Amount -
The category, type of transaction, and value of the applicable transaction.
