Multiple Officers

If you assign officer privileges to certain members, they may update your accounts and view more information about all the club members. Most club officers will also receive AccountSync emails when AccountSync has updated your bivio records.

You can set the privileges any way you like. It is fine to have more than one person with the same officer privileges. Many clubs have more than one Treasurer so that the Treasurers job can be shared or a new member can have access to learn the Treasurers job. Some clubs even have more than one person assigned as President so that several people can share that role.

The only requirement is that there be at least one officer with administrative privileges (Administrator, President, Treasurer or Vice President). However, it is highly recommended that there be at least two people in the club with those privileges in case something unexpected happens to the main person.
