I would like to ask a question that I'm sure someone in our club will ask me. Under what circumstances would a partner need to request a K-3?

Hi Gary,

Club partners might need a K-3 for filing their personal tax return. If they have personal foreign tax filing requirements, the K-3 may have information they need to complete 1040 Schedule 1116.

Partners should discuss their situation with a personal tax advisor.
