The Club Roster is displayed when you select Administration>Roster. It displays a list of the members of your club along with their address, email address, phone number, privileges and user ID.
Each member can modify their own information by clicking on their own name. Club officers can click on any members name to modify or delete their information. They can also add or remove members from the list.
If you are storing club members Social Security numbers in bivio, each member can edit and view only his or her own. Club officers can view and edit them for all members.
Note that you are not required to store your club members social security numbers in bivio, but they are required on the tax forms you will generate each year. If you do not store them in bivio, make sure you write them in on the tax forms you send in, otherwise you will be subject to large late filing penalties.
