Note that the sample partnership agreement calls out the number of members needed for a quorum and what percentage of votes is needed for making various types of decisions. These include votes on regular club business such as purchasing and selling stock, and less frequent decisions such as removing and adding members and amending your partnership agreement and operating procedures.
