Are your investments safe with your broker? A bivio user recently asked...
As club treasurer, I proposed to move all our drips to
our Buy and Hold Account. I met resistance from a few of our members who
questioned the safety of Buy and Hold and our putting all our eggs in one
basket! Any ideas on how I could respond?
Buy and Hold.com, as should any broker with which you do business, has SIPC
insurance in the amount of $500,000 (of which up to $100,000 covers your cash
balance) which insures your investments in the unlikely event that the broker
