Is there any resource in Michigan such as the PLAC card to be used for VL downloads?

Lucile Sorrells, I"d suggest checking with some of the large town or cities in Tennessee.  I wish Indianapolis, IN subscribed but they do still have the paper/booklet version.  Having access on-line if really wonderful though.

Does anyone in Tennessee know if any public library has this option.  Our local library quit providing VL.

Yes, but Tippecanoe County Public Library is 60+ miles away.

Since you live in Indiana, the Tippecanoe County Public Library has a Value Line subscription.  You will need a PLAC card (Public Library Access Card) from your local library or you can get one from TCPL.  Unfortunately the price is p to $65,00 per year now.

It costs 15 cents per page in northern Indiana....

Check with your local public library and with libraries in
surrounding areas. Some have Value Line subscriptions, and
many have them online. Here in the Phoenix, AZ area, the
library in a nearby city (Scottsdale) has such a
subscription, and those who live in Arizona can sign up for
a library card for free. I download VL pages regularly at no
cost.
