For those who need to do NY state taxes, the tax program has now been released. Note that you need to file NY state taxes if your club is in NY or if any of your club members lives in NY.
If you have already taken the tax interview in step 4 of the tax prep process, make sure you take it again so you can answer any NY related questions before your generate the form.

Probably not, but I will have Ira elaborate on this as the requirements for some states can be unclear. Here is a page that shows your filing requirements if your club is in a state and if your club has members who are residents of the state:

If your club is not based in MA you do not have any filing requirement with MA. The only states that require a return if any member resides in that state are GA, NJ, NY, OR, PA, and WV. If none of your members live in those states, you only have to file in NY.
