During the meeting we jump around from SSGs, to files on bivio, and accessing any other websites that have proven useful (Trefis.com, Morningstar, Valueline, Seeking Alpha, Edgar, finance.yahoo.com, etc.)
Very interesting. If someone wanted to watch your meeting, how would
one go about it?

If you are concerned about your name address and phone
number being readily available online maybe you should worry
about the number of phone directories that are available and
reverse phone lookup sites. Oh by the way in Michigan and I
assume most other states Names, addresses, and birth dates
are published by the state on the registered voter rolls. I
would be more concerned about the credit reporting agencies
[like Equifax] and other information gatherers that have
suffered a breach or breaches, and lets not forget yahoo.

SSN and address do NOT have to be stored in Bivio. One of my two clubs, with 22 partners, does not store SSN's online. It's not that difficult to write them down before copying and mailing our annual return, and it's an additional step to ensure our identity is safe.
Well, the K-1s are available on the site, so I presume if a hacker is smart enough, they can be accessed, and the K-1s have members' SSNs and addresses. But I do agree that 5 minutes is too little time.
