Beginner Investing books
We have some new members in our club, who are brand new to
investing, what are some good books to suggest to introduce
them to all the lingo, like PE, and give them an idea what
we are talking about. I am going to give them the NAIC How
to start an Investment Club, but it can be a little dry.
Any ideas? TIA

We have a YouTube channel and have some pretty cool investing videos on there. Here is our version of "The Intelligent Investor" by Benjamin Graham.

Also if you're looking for good investing books, these are some of my favorites:

Hope this helps!

Our club asks for an initial $100 buy in. Out of that amount we join them to AAII for one year. The rest of their $100 goes to purchase units in the club. The resources and reading at AAII are an invaluable financial education. Other than that I would recommend :
learn to earn by peter lynch
one up on wall street by peter lynch
beating the street by peter lynch
the millionaire next door
Yes, You Can...Achieve Financial Independence - by Stowers
101 years on wall street
winning on wall street by martin zweig

Just understand that the CANSLIM method is a momentum strategy. It kind of falls apart when the market pulls back. But here is a good summary of the CANSLIM method: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=66XFXqh_5N4
