Closing bank account on bivio

We would like to know how to correctly show that a bank
account has been closed in bivio. We no longer have the
bank account but in bivio it shows the bank name and funds.
Please advise

Hi,

You need to enter all the transactions that happened in the bank account. When you have done so correctly, the balance for the account shown in bivio will be zero.

Once it is, the account will become "inactive" and will only show in bivio or on reports if you check the "Show inactive accounts" box at the bottom of the Accounting>Accounts page.
