Voting Rights What does everyone do with the notices to exercise our right to vote. Does anyone do this and if you do how do you determine which individual to give the club's proxy to. We assign custodians for each stock at purchase. They are responsible for periodic reviews, changes that might impact our sell strategy, and voting on the club's behalf. Jimmy James P. The individual Partner giving the proxy sends an e-mail to the Club via. bivio and states the he/she gives John Doe their proxy on a specific date to vote. That simple. Larry Reno

Our club votes the way the board advises we vote. Why own a stock if you don't see eye to eye with the board.
