Question

Hi,

There are 4 members in our club and 2 want to leave. The other two really do not want to close the account, but it will be hard to run a club with only 2 members.

As a club, can we sell some of the stocks we own to pay off the 2 members... and transfer the other balance to the two of us left... as stocks? with Fidelity?

I belonged to a club that twice went down in membership like yours but we persevered and added new members and continued for 37 years. Don't panic.
