Password Change
Hello, my password has been stolen/compromised. I've sent
several emails to Bivio for assistance with no reply. The
change password link does not work; it does not sent a link
to given email so a password can be changed. Please help.
Interesting. I got the same message upon logging in but did nothing about it. What you seem to be saying indicates that if you ask bivio to send you a link to change your password, the link goes elsewhere, which could be a real problem. On the other hand, check your profile on Bivio. It could be that you changed your email address at some point, but did not change your Bivio profile.

Sorry to send this to everyone, but I'm not sure how to get through to Joel.

Joel-

You've been sent instructions for changing your password twice from bivio support. Apparently you have some issue with emails going through. They may be going to your spam folder. Make sure to check there and make sure your email program is set up to allow emails from support@bivio.com

Hope you get this.

To change a password in bivio, do this:

1. Login with your old password
2. Go to Administration>Roster
3. Click on your name
4. That will open a page where you'll see a "change password" button. You can change it there.
