I think messages should go through. And we know messinging through this link works.  Is it possible to forward or resend those that appeared to be blocked?    I'm at a standstill until the adjustments are made or we will be forced to file the bivio forms with mismatched figures.  Over the years thankfully with your help, we have never done that.

Your problem is not with messages coming through to support.  Your problem is that your email program is blocking responses to them. 

Make sure you to add support@bivio.com to your email address book and check your blocked senders list to make sure you are not blocking emails sent from that address.

Messages from Club Cafe come from a different email address than messages from support or from your club come from.

You need to follow the instructions I sent to make sure your email program is not blocking messages from support@bivio.com specifically

If you can just show on the page as stock and cash, because you are always going to give them cash to make up the difference.
