Our club requires each partner to follow one or two stocks. Each month we
require a one page report on the stock or stocks they follow to be emailed
to all the partners. Once a year we require an annual report a week before
the meeting it is due and a brief presentation at the meeting. We recently
had a case where a partner didn't submit a report for a few months and kept
postponing the annual report presentation. We thought we should add
something to our partnership agreement and wonder if anyone has already
addressed this issue.
