Question -
Wisconsin requires clubs to submit their tax returns (Form 3 and
Schedule 3K-1) electronically.
The only way I have found to submit these is using 3rd party vendors -
nothing we can do ourselves.
WI does not even allow us to deduct the cost of using 3rd party vendors.
Thank heavens for Ira who did a great job getting ours in.
Have any WI clubs found a way to submit their tax returns electronically
doing it themselves?
Thanks - Barry
Have used the state tax printer via MyICLUB for electronic federal and state the last couple years. The other option is to write to the WI DOR and ask for permission to paper file - making a case for hardship if forced to pay a tax preparer etc

We offer a very cost effective service for filing Wisconsin returns electronically. You can find out more about it here:

In California you have to send them a message stating why you couldn’t send them electronically because of using Bivio. Check to see if you have that in Wisconsin too.
