We have moved from Folio to Fidelity. One of our members is
having trouble setting up payments to our club account. She
can't use Bill Pay from her credit union because they charge
unless the member uses it 3 times a month.
Anyone else have any members that pay by check into their
club account with Fidelity? If so, do they mail them or use
their bank/CU account Bill Pay function?

I have Fidelity pull from my bank account vs using my bank account's bill lay feature. Easy to link and the money usually comes out same day (or you can set up recurring tranfers)

You can mail a check made out to "Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC" and be sure to put your Account number in the Memo on the check and mail it to:
Name: Fidelity Investments
PO Box 770001 Cincinnati, OH 45277-0003
If you use the pennies method that bivio recommends you make the check out for your normal monthly amount plus your specific pennies that identifies who made the deposit. Basically the same approach as bill pay just with a paper check.
