Guest member Club email access

Cynthia Gerke on

I invited a potential member as a Guest. she shows in roster
as a guest member.
The description of a Guest member states Guest does not see
Club Emails yet Guest called me next day and said she is
seeing all members comments about her possible membership.
Club is 25 years old and this is first time I gave Guest
access. Club discussions should be private until Guest
attends required meetings, members vote and Guest is made
permanent member. I cannot remove her email address I used
to send Guest offer that shows in Roster.

This describes Guest privileges:

"Guests have limited privileges. They can view the club's data and members' personal data (except social security numbers), but they cannot upload files. By default, they will be able to send and receive messages from your club email address but you can contact support to adjust this if you would prefer they not be able to. In either case, they will be able to read messages that are posted on your club message board. Guests cannot buy units in your club."

guest and I decided to cancel her Guest access since I
cannot remove her Email on roster.
She will continue to check how Demo Club is set up to decide
if she wants to join after attending 3 meetings.. Guest was
known to most members, but objection was to sharing club's
finance Guest will be hearing financial reports at these
meetings.
I saw what Lori posted after I did help search for Guest
Members and saw slightly different information on there.
