Tax Status
Hi Everybody,

We are working very hard on the tax software.

We appreciate your phone calls, emails, and posts to the Club Cafe.

Unfortunately, the IRS rules are complex and therefore complicated to program correctly. We have found "the last bug", and the software will be available within a few days.

Everybody at Bivio is actively involved in getting the software working.

We also realize you (club treasurers and members) are under a lot of pressure to get your club's returns filed. We are very sorry about that.

Please know that we are doing our best as a small business to serve you.

You will see a post here as well as a bulletin when taxes are ready.

Cheers,
Rob

Rob,

Thank you for letting us know and thank everyone at Bivio for their hard work.

For what it's worth, my brother can't even file our regular taxes yet using Turbo Tax here in New Jersey due to delays in the state treasury to finalize some reforms. On top of this, I've recently read a few news articles that say the IRS themselves are suffering from the need to fix a ton of mistakes in their ability to process returns causing large delays in refunds already. It's just an extension. It's really easy, may not even be necessary and takes all of five minutes to do.
