The IRS change in the 1065 filing requirements has created some delay and frustration. But you should direct your fire at the IRS, not Bivio. The IRA caused the problem by making a change so close to the filing season.

Our club has been using Bivio since November 2000, and we are very pleased with the service. The price is reasonable. The broker sync works very well.
We have never had an accounting issue. The available reports are well thought out and helpful. We have never had a problem accessing our data online, nor have we ever experienced data loss. The Bivio technical support has been outstanding.

I appreciate Bivio's diligence in updating its tax program and testing it before rollout. I don't mind waiting a few more days for the updated tax software.

Let's cut Bivio a little slack here.

Don't shoot Bivio or the IRS. The IRS is only doing what
Congress has mandated. Congress is notorious for passing
legislation long after its due date. When that legislation
makes changes to the tax laws (as it seems to do every
year), the IRS is forced to scramble to change its software,
forms and instructions. Until the IRS is finished (or nearly
so), companies like Bivio cannot even begin to make the
changes to their software that are required. I know how
difficult and time consuming that can be. Many years ago I
was a computer programmer/analyst, and more recently I
worked for a state Department of Revenue (which had similar
problems because of the Legislature's tendency to change tax
laws without considering the consequences). In my opinion,
all changes to tax laws should be delayed at least one year
so that all necessary software and documentation can be
updated, tested and commented upon by the public.
Unfortunately, it seems that very few legislators have ever
worked in a field that is affected by their legislation.
Just finished doing our club’s taxes. Quit complaining and go do them.

Kevin is correct.
Go to upper right corner where the carrot is - make sure you select your own club rather than another. Then once you select your club you can go to accounting and then taxes.

This is also the path for your members to find their K-1s once you're done doing your part.
