TDAMERITRADE BIVIO DO NOT MATCH
Newer club. Last year 1st year matched with no problem. This year TDAmeritrade 1099 doesn't show 4 purchases and shows a DIV amount that isn't coming up in Bivio. Bivio is also recording a higher value than TDA overall.

Any suggestions on correcting this? Where do we start?
You state your first issue is that four stock purchases do not appear on
your TDA 1099. Unless there was also a sale of those stocks in 2021, they
will not appear on the 1099. There is no taxable event until the shares are
sold.

Your second issue is that TDA records a dividend receipt that was not
entered in bivio for some reason. The cure is to manually enter the dividend
transaction in the TDA account of bivio.

I am not sure what you mean by your third issue. Higher value of what?
Market value of a particular stock on a particular day? Market value of
total assets? Greater total value of dividends received during year? I
suggest you drill down in the transactions that flow to the figure that you
are concerned about in order to discover the discrepancy. If the issue is
market valuation of your holdings, I suggest you start by comparing the 31
December TDA statement with a bivio valuation report. Make sure the number
of shares match. Look at the closing market price at TDA and bivio to see if
there is a difference.

Once you are sure your TDA 1099 matches the transactions posted to your TDA
account, and you are unable to determine the cause of the difference in
bivio, then you can email bivio support with a copy of your 1099 to have
support take a look for you.

We had a problem with the TDA/Bivio combination also. LTG/STG were off slightly. We sold a stock right at the end of of the year and TDA cleared out a partial stock that Bivio didn’t catch. Two things I hope we won’t be doing anymore. Bivio also didn’t catch some interest at the end of the year 12/30 and 12/31 of both 2020 and 2021. 2020 was just a penny of interest. 2021 was $.27 plus partial share.
I am going to suggest to the club that dividends be paid out as cash only and not reinvested into a partial share.
