Schwab / Yodlee - Updating Credentials
We use Schwab as our broker and updated to the Yodlee service as instructed last July. We're now seeing an alert that we need to update our AccountSync, but when I went in to do it, I'm seeing a popup from Schwab (edited screenshot attached) that says "Please choose all of the accounts below when updating at Charles Schwab."

I don't remember seeing this when I updated last July and I'm nervous about doing this because I have three personal accounts in addition to our club account at Schwab, and I don't want bivio to try to sync with my personal accounts. Am I being too cautious here?

Kimberly:

My club uses Schwab and Yodlee as well. For several days,
the sync feature was broken. I received the attached
instructions last Friday from Becky Kruse to reset the
instructions in bivio. When I followed the instructions, I
also saw personal accounts associated with the Schwab login,
but just selected the Club's account. The sync was restored.

I had to have Becky run autosync to bring in the
transactions that had posted during the outage. All but one
transaction, involving foreign tax withheld from a dividend,
came through. I had to enter the missed transaction
manually.

Follow the attached instructions when logged into bivio, not
Schwab.

Thanks, Jack - that was very helpful. Your instructions showed that I was able to select just the one account a few steps into the process. Have updated and look forward to getting back in sync!

P.S. I wonder if this is a result of the upstream server being down and/or the migration ... maybe others have fallen out of sync and just don't know it yet?

I cannot say whether the issues are related. But when I
reported the issue, it took support techs several days to
determine the cause and create a fix not likely connected.

I would not be surprised if others may have the problem and
not know it yet. The date of the last transaction that
downloaded before the issue for us was 4 April 2022. The
next transaction in our Schwab account was 14 April, which
did not download. So the autosync broke sometime between
those dates.

I would urge any club using Schwab to compare the
transactions after 4 April in Schwab's website with the
downloads to bivio to see if there are differences.

The Schwab issue was unrelated to the server migration. It had to do with a problem at Yodlee.

Cheers,
Rob
