If you are an E*Trade or Edward Jones customer, we need you to call their technical support desk and tell them this:

Your OFX server is blocking our club's accounting software when it tries to download trades from our account. Please whitelist bivio.com's IP address 170.187.200.41.

If you have a large account with them, contact your financial advisor, and they may be able to help. This has worked in the past.

We have been trying from our end, but it's very difficult to get through to the right people.

Yes, as soon as E*Trade fixes their end, we'll be all set. Apparently, we shook some trees, and they now say they are fixing the problem.
